Fees are determined based on several criteria, including:

• The time dedicated to the matter;

• The complexity of the issues to be addressed;

• The specific research required;

• The financial stakes involved.

Following an initial discussion to identify the needs and issues, a fee proposal is presented.

Possible billing arrangements:

• Flat fee (a fixed amount is agreed upon in advance for a specific task);

• Hourly billing (fees are charged based on the time spent on the matter);

• Success fees (in certain cases, an additional fee linked to the outcome may be agreed upon with the client).
